I had a bad experience with a different carpet cleaning service and called Timmins to have them look at my area rug and see if they could improve upon the stain removal. The experience was night and day from the first company. The Timmins technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful of my home. They identified damage that was done to my rug by the other service, gave me a realistic expectation of what more they could do and even offered to let me cancel the cleaning if I didn't want to proceed based on their assessment.
