Arlington, MA. Friendly & professional. Upon arrival, our guy Matt reviewed exactly what was being done and he made sure to discuss the price that was originally quoted over the phone. Matt was honest with the work that needs to be done on top of our chimney (aligned with a quote from a different company last year). Matt took pics from the roof and made a few, much needed recommendations. Most importantly, he was CLEAN and didn’t leave a speck of dust behind. 2 chimneys took him about an hour. You may want to wait until the slower months for a little better price but we’re very happy with the service. This is the 2nd time Master Chimney has come to the house.... read full review
