I absolutely loved the class I did at F45 Natick! The workout was intense, fun and always changing. The trainers were super motivating and always kept an eye out to ensure you were doing proper form. The atmosphere was supportive and exactly what a group fitness class should entail. I will definitely be coming back to work out again at F45 Natick!

I go to another F45 location but I went to Natick this Saturday. It was awesome! Emily and the other coach know how to keep the team up! They’re active and engage with everyone. Place is nice and clean! One of the best locations I have ever been to.

Took a themed Saturday morning class and had a great workout! Matt had great energy and enthusiasm, and made the experience that much more enjoyable!! Will attend one of his boot camps again soon
