Great product and great service. We had them install a large fence encompassing our entire front and back yard a few years ago. They were done in a day and have been back several times to service the fence and collars. Highly recommended.
This is a though one because they did a wonderful job with installation, training my dog and explaining instructions etc. However, recently had to deal with their customer service due to some issues with the collar and they have been sending us on a loop, no one who is live knows anything, they say someone will reach out and it's just automated emails that are vague and only give you the option of sending the collar in. I just wish they made it more straightforward to replace a collar or in our case a simple screw replacement.
Steve and his guys have super with us and our 3 pups! Always on time and they do amazing work! Our 3 pups have been well protected thanks to these guys. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance
