So far they have been GREAT! I had 6 replacement windows installed by one fantastic installer in about 3 hours. His name was Bernie. Not big on small talk, but he moves like Hellfire and he works to perfection. The windows look fabulous.
They are starting some exterior trim work today, soffits and fascia boards, and new gutters. I will follow up my review when they are finished. So far they are moving right along.

I recently had Northeast Home & Energy install Harvey replacement windows in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From getting the quote to the final install, everything went super smoothly and the team was great to work with.
They also came back twice to replace some rotting window trim, and Matt handled both visits. He did an awesome job—really professional, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the results and the service. Northeast Home & Energy definitely gets 5 stars from me!

I had a handful of windows where the glass panes were compromised and the company no longer made replacement sashes. Northeast Home & Energy provided replacement windows from Anderson which fit and matched my other windows perfectly. Installation was efficient ( one day) and the team cleaned up everything when they were done.
