The person running the office was great from first contact, really pleasant and organized. He got us on their books right away and asked the right questions to have a good sense of how long the North Winds technician would need to be at our house.
The guy they sent, Brandon, arrived exactly on time and was such a good guy. He was excellent - getting up to speed on the complexities of our multi-system HVAVs and split unit immediately.
