A few friends brought me into to Counter saying their products were amazing. They didn’t, however tell me about the excellent customer service! I had a great interaction with Shannon. She was patient with my (too many) questions regarding ‘clean beauty’, as this is a new concept for me. She made great recs, and I walked out with a bag full of beauty products. Needless to say, I am a convert and will be contacting Shannon for future needs and advice! 10/10 experience!

Beautiful store, products are amazing. Shannon wad incredible at helping me find the right products for ALL of ny needs. She has so much product knowledge it made shopping fun again. Every company would benefit from having someone like her as their “ face” .
