He helped me figure out that I probably *didn't* need professionals, but instead walked me through the process step-by-step of how to fix it myself. Sure, he could have sent his crew out and made some money, but instead he chose to help in the most generous way possible with his time. If you are doing it all yourself because you want it just so and throughly done but you are tired or don’t have the time, call John!! I am very impressed with his attention to detail, customer service, and a fair price to boot. He did an apartment turn over for me that needed way more than the usual. Took it from oh my what happened in here to sparkling clean in just a couple hours. I am very thankful to have found someone I can trust to hand over this part of the business.

Servello Services did a great job at my tenant turnover project. They re-did my floors and repainted the entire place. They are quick to respond, honest, reliable, and professional. John kept me updated along the entire project. He did not try to cut corners and paid close attention to details. He really cared what he does and produces quality results.
