Complete satisfaction! I had scheduled an appointment at a home showing West Springfield. Dan came out as scheduled (I’m in CT) and was great to deal with. Wonderful customer service and affordable pricing for exactly what I wanted. Door came in just as he said it would. I was not able to be home when the crew showed up but they did arrive as scheduled. I was able to stop home for a few minutes during the day and the 2 man crew was working hard. They answered the couple of questions I had and carried on. I am very happy with every aspect of the process with Menard. Would recommend them 100%.

The team came out all the way to the Berkshire's to help reinstall my oversized singular door that was literally hanging by cables. Same day service and replaced faulty gear that was a safety concern all at an affordable price! I will 100% recommend them for all future work needed.
