“Great service!!! Recently, I encountered a problem with my bathtub - a discontinued Truro/Putnam model that came with my newly purchased home. To make a long story short, the previous owner took it apart, and owner’s manual and many parts ended up missing. Unfortunately, despite contacting several local repair companies and bathtub dealers, none were willing to even consider repairing it. Their sole focus seemed to be pushing their own products, leaving me feeling frustrated and out of options.That's when I decided to contact Aquapeutics directly to make repairs myself (zero experience), and my experience was a complete 180 degree turn.
