A real struggle to get my prescription refilled every time. I’m switching doctors. It shouldn’t take this much of my time for something so routine.i left about 5 messages before it finally happened.

Great Doctors but you cannot get through to the phones. It was better years ago. Tracy Bryant the Office Manager called me today outraged of my portal messages because she had only one person working during my one and a half hour hold on the phone and quote said to me “I was not just important”. Only going through some cancer scares and testing and so many stressful tests the next two weeks. Very nice Ms. Bryant. Looking to go elsewhere due to her uncaring and appalling remarks after being with a great Rheumatologists Dr. Martens there for over 22 years.

I have never encountered any of the issues mentioned in the listed reviews. This office has been a Godsend for my mother who sees Dr Patel. The staff is very responsive to appointment requests , medication needs and all around kind to my mother. Dr Patel is amazing! She got to the root of my mother’s cardiology issues and she has been doing very well under Dr Patel’s care. I would recommend the office and Dr Patel to anyone.
