I was introduced by Amanda at the front desk who was very kind and provided great service prior to my procedure! The team at Reflections Medical Spa was super nice and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I had the MiraDry treatment and the women that did the treatment were very knowledgeable about the procedure. I highly recommend anyone to the spa for their great service!

Today was my first time visiting Reflections. They came highly recommended on the miraDry webpage...and I can see why. I was quickly greeted by the receptionist who checked me in and then with whom I exchanged a few pleasantries with. Little did she know, but this was just what I needed to start easing my anxiety. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at today's miraDry Day. Sam, my professional, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our chats were the best! Sarah even dropped in to greet me. Thank you all so much.

I used to get monthly facials but stopped end of 2018, I was pregnant and couldn't lay on my back for long periods. I had great skin until my baby hit five months. I got my tooth pulled, had a bad reaction to the medication and after that it all went to hell! Almost literally :( 2019 + 2020 were some of the worst years for my skin ever! :( Redness +swelling +peeling +rash +itch +burn everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Im talking head to toe, with my face being the worst off. Finally March 2021 I got to a place where it felt safe to try to manage my facial skin cosmetically again. I got a hydra facial with Sarah and my confidence has been restored. I am so happy! Skin tone, texture and elasticity of my face have improved immensely. This is the happiest I've been with my face in almost 3 years. I still have a ways to go but the quick improvement I've seen since my hydra facial a week ago has made me incredibly hopeful for the future. I will be back soon for another hydra facial and I also want to try the TempSure + IV treatments. Sarah and the reflections staff are so kind! I love it there ~ xoxo
