Milton Yoga is a fantastic studio with a dedicated staff and great clientele! It’s always a great workout mentally and physically and the atmosphere and community are upbeat …and uplifting. Totally recommend!

I love this studio! The space is clean. The classes sizes are limited so the practice room isn't overcrowded. All the instructors are attentive and give options to accommodate participants of all levels. Their pricing allows flexibility and their website is easy to use.

Hot yoga on Saturday evenings is great! Focused, but no judgement. My level of experience is low, but the instructor helped guide me to get the most out of her class. Will go again!
