I am a semi-retired attorney having practiced in Boston for over 50 years and having known Matt Marcus for over four decades. Where to begin.....?
Several years ago my Father had to place my mother into a nursing facility due to her having dementia / alzheimer's. He and I took care of her for as long as we could before it was just to unsafe for her to be in the house. My Father would go to the facility every day for hours and sit with her, she was his everything! My mother was a very active person, if she thought you needed help she would be the first to try and help you, that was the nurse nature within her until the day she passed!

My Father-in-Law passed in January and through a friend they referred us to Colucci, Colucci and Marcus. I submitted a consult and Matt Marcus got in touch and helped us with all my FIL's assets and what we should do now that he has passed. They gave us great legal advice and took the time to also understand the family was in a little but of Crisis with the passing. He was careful and made all of understand all our options. He also followed up carefully and gave us some great ideas what we should do going forward. Call them, you wont regret it. Matt was attentive, knowledgeable and personal. Will definitely work with them again if we need any legal advice.
