“Dante from J&R construction did an awesome job following through my entire roof replacement project. He arrived in person to measure the roof size, give quote and presenting their company. Their quote was the lowest among the 3 roofing contractors I quoted against. During the decision making process, I had quite a few questions about shingles brands, etc. Even though Dante, a young energetic growing member of the company, couldn't answer them all, he patiently explained what he knew and referred me to his dad, the owner of the company, for more answers. After signing the contract, they applied for building permits and put me on schedule in a timely manner. The job was small and they were able to finish in a single day. The job site was kept clean and organized throughout. Dante stayed at the job site and managed the project progress the entire day. The roofers at J&R looks efficient and experienced. The finished roof looks beautiful. There was a small chip that they overlooked during the final cleanup, but Dante and his dad Bob cared a lot about customer satisfaction and sent back a crew member to have it fixed the next day. Overall it was a great experience working with J&R construction.“

“I had an excellent experience with Natarelli and Son Roofing. I did a lot of research on roofing and got many quotes for my project before choosing to go with them. Many of the other roofing companies wanted to give presentations that lasted hours long just to find out they use a low quality product and charge astronomical prices. Natarelli & Son’s uses IKO shingles which are some of the best you can get. They replaced and properly vented my roof, gutters, and wrapped my windows in new siding. Their workmanship is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and value. So happy with my new roof and piece of mind for the winter!“

Wayne (owner) responded promptly and met with us several times to explain the options and educate and guide us through the process. We had several bids and found New England Exteriors proposal fair and thorough. We cannot say enough about the quality of the work and professionalism shown by Wayne and his staff. Wayne communicated well throughout the process and kept us updated on timeframes and the expected completion schedule. The crew was exceptional and the foreman was very accommodating and conscientious. The work was completed in accordance with the expected schedule. The house came out beautiful! We reached into Wayne several months after the work was completed as we needed a new piece of window trim due to our kitchen renovation. Wayne promptly responded and came bye to install the new trim- fortunately he kept some extra trim knowing we were doing a renovation and he anticipated we might need it when our new cabinets were installed.
