Disappointed in the “spa” pedicure. For what I payed a Little more attention would have been appreciated. The callus tool fell apart during the service and she continued to use it anyway. I asked for more attention to the area and she still did not get a better tool. After I sat to dry my toes, she never checked in with me since I payed her as asked. Next time I would not pay until I am ready to leave. I would not rush back.

I love the setting, but l agree with the previous post re rudeness. Whoever answers that phone is nearly unintelligible although there are women there who speak reasonable English. She gets pissed off if you say you can't understand her, let alone you wonder if she understands you! Their business is in an English-dominant neighborhood, but she obviously doesn't give a damn if you come or not!

Wandy provides an excellent massage and has a wonderful attitude. The customer service is top-notch, with staff always smiling and attentive to my questions. I highly recommend this place 100%.
