Bill responded very quickly to my emergency issue with my boiler, and I had been having a hard time getting ahold of plumbers as no one was available right before the start of the holiday weekend. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing needs.
