I had never been to an Ulta and decided to give it a try (I'm usually a dept. store shopper for my makeup). I made a bee line for the MAC area, where a freelance worker was helping a woman. I waited patiently for them to finish for it to be my turn. I wanted to buy a whole new supply of makeup and told the freelance worker this. We had a brief conversation and then the freelance worker told me she'd be right back. After waiting for her a while and I decided to get up from the chair to look at some MAC colors. New shopper at Ulta. I was anxious walking in, but was greeted immediately by J'Lynn with a smile. I told her exactly why I was there, and she surpassed my expectations with her customer service and suggestions. I definitely will be back to see J'Lynn. I hope you see this as the 5 stars are ALL for you!

Marisol was so wonderful! I really wanted an item that was not available yet… the travel brush set for a girls night… and she helped me order them and to be delivered to me. Saved me extra trips to the store. She was so sweet! ?? thank you ?
