If I could leave them less than 1 star I would. Zero customer service. Not a call before they come out, not a text, not a time range, nothing. When they deliver, they don't leave a receipt, call, text, nothing. It's as if customer interaction is an alien concept to them. Good way to chase away business. I don't expect an oil company to treat me like a guest at a 5 star hotel, but some minor acknowledgement and customer service could go a long way for you guys, especially in an industry where the product is the same across the board.

I received call from my sister in law who had her boiler serviced by them four days ago. They had to come back yesterday to start the boiler, I’m not sure why. Today when her heat went off last night they told her she needs a new oil filter.Now shouldn’t that be replaced when a boiler is serviced?But the best part is they told her she has to go to Home Depot and buy one, and they’ll install it. Meanwhile the house is down to 51 degrees. If I wasn’t working today I’d go replace it myself and get her a new oil supplier
