I received call from my sister in law who had her boiler serviced by them four days ago. They had to come back yesterday to start the boiler, I’m not sure why. Today when her heat went off last night they told her she needs a new oil filter.Now shouldn’t that be replaced when a boiler is serviced?But the best part is they told her she has to go to Home Depot and buy one, and they’ll install it. Meanwhile the house is down to 51 degrees. If I wasn’t working today I’d go replace it myself and get her a new oil supplier

We've been using Superior Oil for 15 years and have always been inpressed by how responsive they are if you have a problem. On weekends we have had them come when we had no heat. Oil has been delivered before we ran out. They have installed a new tank for us when the old one began to leak. It was done professionally and quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well where to start with a company I used to have so much respect for?Owner of the company giving me their WORD they won't give me a problem when I go to collect after they give me the "option" to go work at another location because their service manager's son is getting hired to fill my position.Not surprised as it's played out similarly with multiple employees they decide to quietly push out over health issues. They wait for the ideal time where they can sneak a new hire into a similar role or start "discussions".Used to be a FANTASTIC company ran by the best- until the new GM Henry arrived.
