We had an amazing experience with New American. Our home insurance threatened non-renewal due to overhanging trees, and New American swiftly came in and saved the day! Their quality of work was excellent (including cleanup!) and they completed the job in a very tight timeline. Communication throughout the process was exemplary. New American Tree has done many jobs in our neighborhood, and after this job, they will continue to be our neighborhood’s go-to company!

New American Tree removed a large ash tree from our property recently. We were blown away by their operation and frankly, stunned by the high level of service we received. Eliton quoted us a very reasonable price and was able to schedule us within days. On the day of the service, the crew (at least 6 people) showed up on time and got right to work. It was clear that safety is a top priority (as it should be) and every person had a role and did it well. Nobody standing around. The equipment used was impressive, top notch.
