Ken is always a pleasure to deal with. Very effective, timely, courteous, and offers competitive prices. I definitely will keep using his services!
Ken has been our regular plumber since we moved to Worcester in 2019. He also did the plumbing for the previous owner of our house. He is knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, and considerate. All his work is first-rate.
Ken helped us out in a bind when our hot water heater died on the weekend. As expected, most other plumbing services couldn't make it out for several days. That's a no go when you have two kids in the house. Ken came out the next day, quickly replaced the hot water heater and charged a reasonable price.
We'll be calling him again for future plumbing work.
