Originally left a great review here. Now having to alter as this location has gone downhill. Idk if it’s because the Franklin location closed or what. But that’s twice now I’ve checked in online and have been “bumped” for other clients. What’s the point of checking in online if the staff can change your position in the lineup? Try great clips or another location.

Horrible haircut and bad experiences. I am regular customer at this milford location spots clips but never had bad experience this time it was so bad she have cut my hair so bad Horrible haircut not happen.

The place is very clean and modern. Highly recommend Jennie!! She is mindful and professional. I couldn’t be happier with my son’s cuts! She did exactly what I wanted from what I described, plus super sweet! We will be back soon!
