I really wish I had checked Yelp before I came here. I was looking for a walk in appointment, so there was availability and I took it. I would first like to say the people here are very kind and courteous. I went for a full foil. The hair dresser I had was literally already working on two different people when I came in. She was nice, however gave me the most rushed foil I've had in 25 years. She was bouncing between three clients! The stylist told me my hair was too damaged to foil and the only way she'd agree to do it is if I purchased a $45 protein treatment. The only thing she foiled was my brown roots, so I really don't get it. I got charged for both the protein and a full foil. She literally slapped the color on my head and it was a truly just a partial foil! And I got charged for a toner and I don't remember her putting it on! I told her I did not need it blown dry. She said she wanted at least part of dry so she could see how the color came out. So she ends up blowing dry the whole thing, AND they charged me for it. $30. THEN, I asked for a pedicure and was automatically given the top shelf pedicure without them asking permission! And the cherry on top of the sh*t show was the fact that I asked for my existing gel nailcolor to ONLY be removed, and she told me I needed just a "strengthening coat", and proceeded to charge me for a manicure! $366 later she tries to upsell a FOOT CREAM?? THE F? Please, please....go somewhere else. I need to save someone by writing this review.

Awful. I went to get my hair silver. I had light virgin brown hair that lifts very easily. The lady put a level 3 or 2 on my virgin hair then tried lightening on top of that. If you know anything about color you'd know I left with bright orange hair and they refused to refund me my 300$.

I visited Milford several times per year. I love coming to this salon. The place is clean and it has the Mediterranean looks which I like it a lot. The staff are friendly and the price is reasonable..

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. confused as to how it is still in business. I have came here twice, shame on me for returning, and each time they have charged me triple what I had expected. they just want your money. don't care about anything else, the owner is a con artist. going in for a $32 wax, according to the website, and being charged $100 flat. the owner Lynn heard my friend and I discussing the price, didn't say anything. she proceeded to do my eyebrows and other areas without asking, adding onto the tab. I asked her not to do certain areas to avoid hidden fees, she blatantly ignored my request and did them anyway. I will never return to this salon and I made sure every one of my friends and family members doesn't as well. Complete rip off, save your time and money and go somewhere else.
