We have worked with Marcos and the team from Regulus Construction for two significant renovation projects and we are now completing a third.
Marcos and designer Prescilla helped us to entirely rethink the space occupied by a small odd shaped bedroom and tiny bath. Their design input to remove an unnecessary hallway and relocate doorways increased usable square feet allowing us to get much more functionality out of this space than we envisioned. Review for Regulus Construction
We had a very good overall experience with Regulus Construction. They completed a half bath in our basement and also repainted the front of our house. Throughout the project, they worked with us to stay within our budget, which we really appreciated.
The workers were courteous, professional, and the workmanship was well done. The most challenging part of the process was coordinating times for the workers to be in the house, since both my husband and I work, but the company was understanding as we worked through scheduling.
We are very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Regulus Construction to other homeowners.
Marcos and his team were great to work with throughout the entire process. He personally stopped by the site multiple times to check in, gather feedback, and make sure every necessary touch-up was taken care of.
