We have been buying glasses for years from Joseph & Thomas and are so thankful a friend referred them to us. We had tried multiple places over the years only to spend buckets of money and still not be satisfied. One place even said the prescription was wrong. The doctor said the store was wrong. Life was very frustrating! Since we started with Joseph & Thomas all of these issues have disappeared. AND we can see too! Most recently my husband snapped the arm off his 4 year old glasses. Thomas found another arm out back and fixed the problem at no charge to us. Two weeks later these same glasses were sat on! Back to Joseph & Thomas we go. This time the glasses were again repaired at no charge. They are knowledgeable, professional, affordable and bend over backwards for their clients. They have integrity and money is not their God. They stand behind what they sell. You would be fortunate to do business with Joseph & Thomas. A decision you won’t regret. We never have.
