It was a small fix, he didn't upsell us, and beyond all that, he gave us great advice and local recommendations for future projects we had on our minds. Couldn't ask for more. John is a great plumber and an amazing person. I hired John to replace a toilet and corroded shutoff valve. This was done in an exceptional manner at a very fair price. When John was finished I mentioned to him that we had an issue with our tub drain and the trip lever. John explained to me the simple process of removing the existing lever and how to replace it which is something I was easily able to do on my own.
