I needed new optometrist, because my former retired. Had my 1st appt with Elliott Eye practice January 2025. Saw Dr Makenzie Elliott in the Milford office for my initial appointment. I was very pleased with my eye exam: the technicians, staff and Dr Makenzie Elliott - all Excellent ! Short story: I ordered 3 pair of eyeglasses. (Occupational and driving eyeware lenses ordered.) My eye prescription is a complicated one so when I received all 3 pair of eyeglasses completed in just 8 days, I was flabbergasted and pleased beyond measure. My previous experience in my +45 yrs wearing eyeglasses was that getting new eyeglasses was always +3 week to ++ month waiting... read full review
All the ladies and the particular Dr. who saw me went beyond expectations. Erica, who took care of me during the process was phenomenal! It's always nice and rewarding to have a personal experience in these particular visits.
Dr. Elliot and her staff are nothing short of amazing. As someone who has somewhat complex eye issues, Dr. Elliot has put me at ease as she is so knowledgeable and truly wants to do whatever she can to help her patients. The office staff are very kind. My whole family goes here now including my son with Autism who they are truly great with. I highly recommend them and would not go anywhere else!
