Hair was not braided properly. Worst decision to go to this place. Overpriced and overcharge for no reason. Knowing what's considered great braiding is not arrogant. Charging for a service that was not done correctly is not right and the person who recommend this place also stated you robbed me.

$100 for “box braids” don’t go to this lady if you want box braids •parting was Uneven •braids were sticking in every direction ⬆️↖️↙️⬇️ •the rubber bands she used BROKE the next day:| •she didn’t even look at the inspo picture???

I first walked in to no hello’s or any acknowledgement for at least five minutes. One of the ladies Crystal ,who I believe is the owner asked if she could help me. Myself being a woman not of the African American race already felt uncomfortable not knowing how the employees would feel about a woman of my nationality wanting to have her hair braided. Was absolutely uncomfortable from the time I walked in to when I left because she thought I was stupid and didn’t do my research before entering her salon. However I did and when she tried to up charge me at least double of some of her other clients, right then I knew she was exactly what was told to me prior to going into the salon. Two people stopped me on the street and told me to watch myself in there and to be careful. Yes because she was taking advantage of me because of my nationality and didn’t know I already did my research. What she wanted to charge me was absolutely ridiculous. I told her no thank you and walked out. I was getting into my car when a lady leaving the salon waved me down and proceeded to tell me that when I left they were laughing and speaking a different language however the client asked what’s so funny and the owner of this salon proceeded to say yes I charge them more because they know nothing and will pay it. I found that to be the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard. I would never step foot in there and would high advise you either if your not of the African American race. Well she didn’t get this one. DISGUSTING!!!

I am so glad to have a place nearby that can do my type of hair! It's hard to find a place that isn't in Worcester or Boston. These ladies are friendly and they're quick which is a really big bonus! I have naturally kinky type 4 hair, so I enjoy getting these box braids once or twice a year to help protect my hair and give me a break from doing it everyday. My braids came out beautiful and I'll happily come again!
