I am very grateful to St Cyr pool. We had moved into our home in the spring and had a horrible experience with a different pool company. St Cyr did a great job with the closing. There were minor miscommunications and the manager called and made it right. I appreciate him valuing customer service. Will continue to use for years to come

I bought a refurbished spa for a very reasonable price and I am very happy with it. Customer service was great and communication was excellent. Nancy and everyone at St Cyr have been very helpful and I highly recommend!

Fantastic service! CJ and Jim were prompt, professional, and very kind. They quickly solved my hot tub issue and even took photos for their records so they’ll be ready if I ever need them again. Super efficient and thoughtful — very happy customer
