I started using this dentist back in 2017 and love them. Dr. Chou is professional and personable. They’re accommodating and all of the staff are very kind. April was my most recent hygienist and I have to say the best cleaning I’ve experienced thus far . I can get a lot of anxiety with dental appointments due to bad experiences with a dentist as a child and she was outstanding, very gentle with my teeth, answered all my questions, and just a great personality. They know how to keep you smiling, pun intended !

Brooke is the best hygienist ever. Explains what she's going to do before she does it, so you know what to expect. I had a deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth, she was very patient with me answering my questions. I think she saw the panic in my eyes, because she offered me a stress "squeezie", which of course I accepted the offer, and of course it was a tooth squishy. I highly highly recommend this place, once you do, you'll never want to go to another dentist.

Dr. Chao and everyone in his office are fantastic and amazing!!! I live in Middleton, have been his patient since 2022, and I feel blessed to have received such personalized and compassionate care. I have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes for an office visit. He takes the time to explain in detail every step beforehand, answering every question I had. I love his emphasis on preventative care, as well as his explanations of treatment options, such as when he installed my two crowns and my fillings. All the office areas are pristine and spotless. Total perfection!!! Dr. Chao is a Middleton treasure!!!
