Unfortunately Middleton Dry Cleaner tore my delicate cashmere sweater and put a snag my silk skirt. They were, however, able to get a stain out of a sweater that no one else could. Pretty inconsistent. I won’t be coming back since they irreparably destroyed very expensive clothes.

Horrible experience at this point. My first time here and I will never come back to such an unreliable place. I drop my suits on 1/19/26 and was expecting to pick them up on 1/24/26. The employee told me face to face pick up next Saturday AFTER 5pm. The RECEIPT says pick up after 5pm. They were closed when I went to pick up, not open on Sunday and now closed because of the snow on Monday. I leave for a work trip Tuesday morning 1/27/26 with none of my full suits. Thanks Middleton Dry Cleaners.

Unreliable business. Receipt says PICK UP AFTER 5pm. Went @ 5:10pm and they were closed. Closed on Sunday. Closed on Monday. Left 2 voicemails. Told them I need my clothes by Monday because of a flight scheduled for a work conference. I'm extremely unimpressed. Now I need to buy new clothes for my work trip due to lack of communication and horrible customer service. I expect a refund and a call back because this is NOT how you run a business.
