I am 61 and I train extremely hard. My shoulders were locked up and had discomfort in my whole body from years of heavy lifting. I was referred to Mina at Eastern Bodywork in Middleton. I got a 90 minute shiatsu full body treatment. 90 minutes of pain due to my over doing it. I let Mina use her expertise to bring me back to PAIN FREE training. I can again train like a 20 year old. I continued to see her every week then every couple then every few weeks. Now I go once a month for maintenance. You can’t put a price on what she has done for me and what she can do for you. Mina was recommended to me by a training buddy. I wanted to address joint pain, especially in my feet. I’ve had four treatments and they all hurt like hell BUT my hips are greatly improved and the thousand points of pain in my feet are down to just one stubborn joint. I’m ancient, so I have an accumulation of chronic issues that Mina’s hands locate and work out. Fortunately, she charges a reasonable price for her service.
This place is great! I’m in my early 20s and like to workout and stay active. I had severe back pain due to a past shoulder dislocation and was having trouble sleeping. After just 2 sessions it feels way better and I have better range of motion and mobility. Mina is very talented and caring. She wants to help you with your issues. I recommend anyone especially athletes who really want to feel better. It can be painful but it’s worth it. You will feel way better after. No pain no gain.
