“I really appreciated the level of friendliness and helpfulness of everybody here. I had never worn glasses or even had an eye exam before and wanted to go somewhere local rather than a big name glasses place, & glad I did.
The doctor explained the different aspects of the eye exam as we went which made me feel a lot more comfortable.
After the exam, I wish I'd gotten her name, but one of the women out front helped me with picking out frames and comparing them all until I found one I felt really good about. She made sure I didn't feel rushed or pressured and helped me understand the pros and cons of different styles etc.
Getting glasses for the first time as an adult felt a little awkward but now I am actually looking forward to getting my first pair of glasses, and continuing to come to Optique for my future eye needs :)“
