We needed help with an insurance claim on damage done to our floors by the delivery of a furniture company. We were having problems getting a response from the insurance company for the furniture store .I called Erik who wrote us a fair estimate and we are finally hearing on our claim.. Erik was so helpful on how to approach the insurance company and he was so prompt getting us information. We would certainly consider him for further business!
Erik was extremely communicative throughout the process and was extremely helpful with our decision making. He was accommodating with scheduling and the new hickory floors came out amazing!! We would highly recommend!
I highly recommend Erik he was very professional got back to us on time and his work was outstanding. He showed us different options to go with for finishes and his recommendation brighten up the room .
