I had a great experience here! I travel for a living and was passing through Worcester for work. Booked a 30-minute massage several days ahead. Pretty sure my masseuse was Carol, the founder. She was wonderful! Polite, considerate, professional, and put me completely at ease (I don't get massages very often.) The massage was wonderful and relaxing, just what I needed after weeks of being crammed onto planes and buses and dragging heavy suitcases everywhere. 30 minutes was definitely not enough, I'd recommend at least a 60-minute session to get full relaxation! Got a Groupon for a $75/75- minute BACK,Neck, and Shoulder massage w/percussion Gun Therapy. Was excited at first , got a call saying my appointment would get pushed back because there prior appointment is running 30 min late. I figured okay thank you polite enough to call a hour ahead…..I arrive at location seems very clean and nice waiting area. Mike let’s me know “ it won’t be a massage with the gun therapy , bc we don’t have the equipment at this location. But we will give you some some radiation aka Light Therapy.Skip ahead I’m laying down , and he places this pad like thing on my back. Honestly felt like something that was suppose to be pressed up again... read full review
