I booked a last minute massage because my shoulders were sore from work and Ian ended up being my massage therapist and I was so impressed! The last few massages I’ve had elsewhere left me feeling the same as when I went in, but after seeing Ian my pain had melted away. He had great pressure, asked the right questions to know which areas to focus on, and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. I didn’t have high hopes going to a chain spa, but I will be coming back to see Ian for sure!

I had a year membership and almost every "60 minute" massage was actually 50 minutes of hands on massage. For the days I upgraded to a 90 minute massage, it was most often 80 minute. At one point I called them at ME in Methuen where I was going and confronted them about this. The women explained that there is the time needed to discuss needs for the massage with the therapist and for guest to get undressed. Never with other massage businesses or therapists has this been the case. A 60 minute massage is 60 minutes OF HANDS ON MASSAGE. I am not sure if other massage envy locations have this practice of charging the customer for the prep time, but this is wrong... read full review

Just wanted to say my experience was great,I felt very relaxed,and as far as my message Anibeliz gave me a amazing experience she’s very professional and very good at what she does I left very pleased 5 srars for sure ?
