We have been with Gemini for several years now. Anthony in particular has been absolutely fantastic. He consistently returns phone calls, takes all concerns seriously, and makes sure any issues are promptly remedied and continues to keep the property maintained. I've lived at a complex managed by Gemini Property Management for close to seven years. They've been an excellent resource, providing prompt and professional reply and resolution on property feedback, maintenance issues, and requests. Meeting minutes and complex financials are provided to Owners with transparency. Their online portal makes HOA payments and requests easy, but it's also been a pleasure to have a dedicated Property Manager for our account, which has made communication quick and effective over the years. Overall, I've been impressed with Gemini!
