Brought the car in to be serviced after it was having problems starting. I had jumped my car and it caused a problem with the transmission, so I had to get it serviced. They cleared some codes for $400. On their report they say they checked the battery and gave it an OK. Car died the next day. Called asking what's up and they said they couldn't look at for almost a week. Told them forget it I'll fix it myself. Ripped the battery out, brought it to CAP in Whitinsville and they tested it. Dead as can be (was giving 162 amps). Threw a new battery in and it's worked fine ever since. I've waited two weeks to write this review in case it was something else. It wasn't.

Extremely helpful. Real talk, not car sales men talk. Slow moving on the paperwork process because THEIR SO BUSY!!!!! Good for them!!! I would recommend this particular location dealer to everyone. And two names to contact that I'm not allowed to post. You can't lose by stopping in to this FORD location.

I was face to face with Billtwice trying to schedule service. Both times he said I was in on two separate dates, I showed up they had no record of me in the schedule. After my truck finally gets into the shop, they can’t diagnose what’s wrong with my truck, they tell me it’s an alignment and needs new linkage and bushings. They must’ve had the new guy “fix” the issue. I pick up the truck the next day I was charged 500 for a bad alignment they did and they made the issue in the front of my truck worse. Do not go here.Services: Wheel alignment
