My daughter absolutely loves camp at Joy yoga. She just finished a week there for February vacation and is already looking forward to April vacation. Small group of kids, fresh air, walks around town, and a positive nurturing environment make joys camp so special and unique. Highly recommend.

Joy Yoga/Joy Healthy Life is a true gem of the community. The yoga offerings for adults and kids are terrific. Melrose Boot Camp is a supportive and great team for workouts. Joy and her team of teachers/leaders are supportive - helping people of all abilities achieve their health and wellness goals. The offerings for kids are phenomenal - art classes, camps, yoga/movie/pizza night as well as afternoon yoga classes for kids....you'll find everything you need at Joy Yoga/Joy Healthy Life!

My 6 year old daughter went to Namaste Kids this morning- her first time doing yoga - and she loved it! The studio is beautiful- I'm excited for mid-October when the new class schedule starts so I can take some classes as well!
