A death of a parent is a difficult situation at best but Mark was extremely compassionate and caring in helping with all aspects of the service. Robinson Funeral Home went above and beyond in accommodating our wishes and our family can't stop talking about every fine detail with some special surprises. From the initial phone call I made to the funeral home when my loved one passed, to the follow-up call I received from Robinson post funeral, every conversation and encounter was considerate, professional, and easy. They are able to read the family's needs, their comfort level, and their sensitivity requirements. Mark did such a wonderful job helping us through our difficult time. The obituary he wrote for my mother was beautiful, and he even included something personal of hers on the funeral program. Eric was our funeral director and he was the perfect blend of compassionate and professional. Having never planned a funeral before, I feel so blessed that we were in such good hands.
