On behalf of all our family, we would like to thank Mark Robinson and all the personnel for the kind way they took care of us, and for helping us through this difficult time with such kindness and compassion. There are times in your life where you meet people who have an everlasting impact on you and we have to admit when we have met the great team at the Robinson Funeral House it is one of those times that we will be forever grateful for! They are very good at what they do. Their heart is truly in it, and they do their job with passion and deep commitment. They have the gift of creating a warm and comfortable space for people who struggle with their loss. From the first day, we were amazed by how kind they were and how genuinely they were concerned about our feelings. They were so professional and yet so caring and compassionate. Our memorial service was memorable, and they went above and beyond. We have received numerous compliments on how beautiful and moving the service was. Never having gone through such experience, I am thankful that they made the whole process so much easier, with genuine caring. Robinson Funeral home handled my father’s and most recently my mother’s funeral arrangements. They were wonderful to work with and people are still telling me how lovely the services were!
Mark and the staff at Robinson’s were all amazing. My Mom’s service truly was a celebration of her life mostly because of all details that Robinson’s added. We were blown away by all the surprises. The attention to details was incredible. Just from listening to us talk about our Mom they added beautiful touches. Puzzles and pictures and memory cards. I also don’t want To forget how wonderful they were with myself and my entire family. At your very worst time in your life they are incredibly supportive and understanding. As funny as this may sound, many people commented that they were going to us Robinson’s for the funerals because of the amazing job they did. To Mark, from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my family and most importantly my Mom, thank you so very much for all that you did. It was a wonderful celebration !
