For whatever reason, they don’t allow you to see your photos on the camera during your session. This is very inconsiderate, as it would be helpful to be able to see how the photos are coming out, in order to make self-corrections to yield a favorable outcome. Things like hair adjustments, changing facial expression, and clothing fixes could all be corrected if they allowed you to see your photos. A very odd rule, but I suppose it’s to make you have to pay for a whole new session if you don’t like your proofs

Had my daughters senior portraits done at the location in Bensalem, PA. The proofs that came did not look like the ones shown in the studio. Then whatever editing they did made it worse. None of the photos are order worthy. Called to reschedule, never heard back. Awful yearbook photo. A lot of effort and money goes into getting kids ready for these and for not one photo to be good was appalling. Especially when your kid is otherwise very photogenic. Decided to skip rescheduling at this point and just go elsewhere for the photos for our home.

This is the worst and most expensive service ever. You feel like you are held hostage to their prices. They lure you in with "promo codes and offers" all of which are not true. The photographers that take the photos are awful, they do not care whether the child's clothing is not set correctly or if they are out of frame. You really want to have a great memory of your children's graduation pictures but do not want to be hijacked with the prices. It seems that these people have a monopoly on these photos sessions hence the reason why they boldly charge so much.
