The vet and vet tech are kind and caring, making pets feel at ease. They provide useful information to customers, answering questions and offering support. Many customers have had positive experiences, feeling their pets were in good hands, and would recommend the clinic. The clinic offers a user-friendly PetDesk app to help customers keep their appointments and information organized. Customers appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff, who are diligent in their care. While the clinic may be a bit more expensive than some others, customers feel the good care they receive is worth the cost.
Melrose Animal Clinic has such friendly staff and providers! They’re always so sweet and friendly not only to us humans, but they truly care about the pets they’re examining!
Our two cats, Feather and Twinkie, are not fans of vet visits, but they quickly know they’re in good hands as soon as the exams begin. Our Feather is missing a back paw so I really appreciate our provider feeling her leg and joint to ensure Feather has a great life!

We are longtime clientst of Melrose Animal Clinic. The staff is very caring and welcoming, and they are diligent. The only minor complaint is that they are perhaps a bit expensive compared to some other Veterinary Clinics, but you do get good care
I took my pet so the vet can look hem over he is in very good health and he was very good with the vet I am very happy with Melrose animal clinic and for me the cost is great as long I have my rabbit I be going back robert simons
