Having been a flight instructor and a commercial pilot in scheduled passenger service, then spending 29 years as a working customer service tech with a nationwide telecommunications company qualifies me as a good judge of what excellence of customer service should be. Debra is a wonderful Carepro. She has been fantastic with my father. She is attentive, caring and engages with him at every opportunity. She goes out of her way to help him and I with all those little tasks that add up (his plants would be dead if it were not for her) She represents the best of the best.
