We are really pleased with our experience with Swenson Stone Works. The team at Medway, helmed by James, really came through for us. Everyone at the Medway office was courteous; the team was very accommodating and really worked to make sure things came out right. Their customer service is top notch! I highly recommend Swenson Stone Works.
I have bought multiple granite items over the years here. Two sets of granite steps, some curbing for a patio, and recently some border edging. Have had both experiences with a smooth delivery of heavier items and excellent help when picking up items from their medway yard myself. From help picking out what to order, to check out, to delivery, and assistance loading bigger items into a personal vehicle, the team here is outstanding and goes above and beyond!
What a great group of employees! James did an excellent job explaining and showing us the different stone. We were grateful for the time he took to search the product we need for our project. Local granite, better pricing, great service.
