Very clean and professional. Front desk manager Becky was very friendly and accommodating. My 125 pound dog who hates getting his nails clipped, recieved a perfect clipping in less than 10 mins. Excellent experience!
Buddy Bear had his grooming appointment today!! He looks great all freshened up for the holidays. They did a great job on his paw beds and trimming his sanitary areas - he came home happy and he always enjoys his bath time at medway dog wash.
This is the first place I chose to bring my dog to for a wash , de-shed and trim. The location is easy to get to, in a beautiful building , and great staff. Sean , the manager, is very knowledgeable and also able to provide training. Overall I’m very satisfied with my choice and Sensei will be going to back.
