My very reactive dog, Zoey, is so lucky to have the medical team at the Medway Animal Hospital! They are all so patient and loving with Zoey. I can’t say enough about the great care she receives there. I highly recommend the Medway Animal Hospital for your pet’s care!

My cat Murphy is uncooperative at the vet, and Medway Animal Hospital went out of their way to make his check up as easy as possible for us. We waited in the car until they were ready for us, then they led us in through a side door, away from the waiting room. The vet and tech were both quiet and calm with him, and the visit went as well as it possibly could!

took my kittens there for a first appointment 3 weeks ago did check-up and shots they needed 1 more distemper went today and they charged for ANOTHER check-up and for shots 2 check ups in less then a month is BS. I was told when we came back we just need shots. I called to complain about being charged for another check up they didn't care said they always do that and were more concerned about who told me we could just get the shots. talk about stealing money.

Medway animal hospital is the ritz of vets. They are very busy and rightfully so. They care so much for their furry patients and their parents/owners. Everyone is so sweet and you know your pets are in the best care. The doctors don’t rush or push you and really care about you and your fur baby. A big shoutout to Dr. Mansfield. She is absolutely phenomenal. She has a huge heart and a true empath. When I unexpectedly lost my sweet cat Max after a week at tufts he unfortunately passed. I had his records sent over and Dr. Mansfield reviewed them and called me in the evening explaining to me her thoughts of all the results and if I had made the right decision to let him go. It was like talking to a friend- there was no rushing or judgment just pure love and understanding. She really helped me rid the guilt and understand what happened to my boy. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful supportive team to help me with my sweet boy’s health. I feel blessed knowing I have the best care for my loves. Thank you!!!
