Great staff, awesome environment, and a very adorable shop!! A MUST visit if you live anywhere near Medway or in one of the surrounding towns! I will definitely be coming back very soon

Medway nutrition is the real deal and since they opened on July 1st, became MY TRUE HOME. The sweetest people I ever met, amazing teas and shakes, and many many memories to be made :) don’t miss it, my neighbor’s from across the street rule?????? ????????
