This barber shop has an "old school, no bells and whistles" vibe, which I guess judging from other reviews not everybody likes.True, they don't accept cash but they still have an ATM inside the store, so no problem there.Something that definitely gives the place character is the 90s action movies playing on the TV while you're getting the haircut.The staff is very friendly, chatty if you feel like chatting, or quiet yet not awkward if you're in a less talkative mood. Haircut was top notch both times I was here.I would have given five stars, but I do agree with another reviewer that the floor could indeed have less hair on it.

Decent experience. Nothing special. The barber said my hair grows in weird directions which I haven’t heard before. Not my favorite cut despite saying the same thing I always say. I wish they were a bit less gruff but that’s often par for the course at men’s barbershops. I didn’t see any barbicide used during my cut which made me a bit nervous about cleanliness.

I've had 4 haircuts here and my experience has had its ups and downs. The guys who cut are good natured and talkative which is makes for a nice atmosphere. If you don't want to talk they are cool with just cutting your hair while you watch TV. The down side is that I have a spotty history when it comes to the hair cutting, the first time my hair looked great, then two mediocre times, and then finally a truly spotty job where I had several areas of uneven cutting. If I had noticed while I was in the chair I am sure they would have fixed it but I missed it till after a shower the next day.
