We called Thor Construction from a recommendation. Our roof had sprung a leak in a bad storm and Bill from Thor came out within an hour of my calling. He inspected it and told me the back, dormered portion needed to be redone. The rest of the roof had a good 4 or 5 years left, he said. He recommended rigid insulation, adding ventilation that was non-existent, and going with a rubber membrane.They did the work within a weeks time as promised and in one day! We checked out the roof ourselves and everything looked immaculate. They flashed the chimney up about 6 inches, and added all vents as promised. There was no damage or debris left behind either.
